The Concept

The name Mircho-Go is a metamorphosis of the two words Mirchi & Goa. Both the words are mystically related to each other as we peeped into it's historical reference, we came to know later that -

The Portuguese introduces chili pepper (Mirchi) cultivation into India by 1542 at Goa, later on Mirchi & its varieties spread all over the country and became an indivisible part of Indian Spice & Curry.

Pepper varieties became associated with Eastern food and later were introduced to Europeans who thought they were of Indian origin. A spoonful of curry powder which came to England from its colonies in the 18th century became such famous than any other place we could think of.

Goan cuisine & spices made Goa a famous place for its uniqueness & originalities.

So as Goa is the spice bowl of India. We assure you that, Mircho-Go is the spice bowl of Goa.
